BBQ with the Band-October 25th
This event is one of our biggest fundraising opportunities, and we need everyone’s participation to make it a success!
Turn in your donations for the Auction/Raffle Baskets!
We need EVERY family to participate to make this a successful event. Items needed include:
- Gift Cards for Restaurants, Services, High Dollar Gift Cards, etc.
- High End Jewelry
- Tickets for Experiences Around Town
- HP Specific Items
- Big Ticket Items like rental homes, trips, etc.
- All donation amounts accepted for basket and event underwriting as well!!
Please turn in all donations to Margarita Coale by Friday, October 18th.
VOLUNTEER-We need everyone!
We need all hands on deck! There are many different ways you can help. Please sign up to volunteer HERE
Packets were due on October 11th. If you haven’t had a chance to turn in your packet, please do so ASAP. Even if you entered orders online we still need your hard copies and checks to complete the order. We want all of our customers to receive recognition and get their tickets for dinner and raffles!
